The main facility is formed by manufacturing monoblock, consisting of factory building, finished products storehouse, and two-storeyed operating and technical annex building. A two-storeyed administration building also forms a part of the new centre.
The construction combines reinforced concrete columns with steel constructions and sandwich-panels encasement.
