The project includes reconstruction of the facade, roof, reconstruction of all distribution systems, piping and sewage, restoration of inner wall paintings and industrial elements. The aim of the project is to restore original exhibition halls and also to provide new visitors´ facilities such as ticket office, cloakroom, and sanitary facilities. The new restaurant will be connected to a garden which used serve to the public only at exceptional occasions. The loft area will be transformed into study rooms and depositaries.
