The project includes complete reconstruction of the hotel Tatra which was built in the 1950"s. The existing building will be connected to newly built congress centre with the underground car park from the northern side. The congress centre will be made of monolithic skeleton.
New wellness centre with 9 whirlpools, saunas and an indoor swimming pool will be newly built from the southern side. Above the wellness centre there will be hotel terrace overlooking the picturesque valley of Velke Karlovice.
The reconstruction will include not only the construction part but also the technology, reconstruction of the roof and its cladding and reconstruction of destructed bearing roof construction.
