In June 2010 PSG started the constuction of administative and maintenance center of highway Selenec which forms the basis of R1 Nitra, West– Selenec, R1 Selenec – Beladice and R1 Beladice – Tekovske Nemce. There is an administrative building for firefighters, traffic police, motorway maintenance, garages for cars and lorries, car service, spreadings, spare parts, traffic signs and waste stores, filling station, parking place for cars and lorries. The whole construction of highway R1 and administrative and maintenance center is a PPP project for Slovakia.
