The Administrative Center was realized in the place of a demolished building of printing plant in the center of St. Petersburg. The part of the original façade was conserved as a historical heritage. After its completion the Administrative Center offers 19.609 sq meters of office space situated on eight above-ground floors and 4.700 sq meters of an underground car park allocated on two underground floors. This project was realized with the support of export financing.
