The project includes two separate buildings on the premises of Continental Barum. The building SO01 Annex 3 is three-floor hall built of pre-cast concrete structure, cladded with sandwich panels and warm deck roof with trapezoidal plate. The project itself was preceded by demolishing and disassembly works of the existing structures and by relocation of utility networks. The building SO226 Liquid chemicals storage is one-floor hall for storing liquid flammables. The bearing structure of columns, girders and beams is made of pre-cast concrete, the cladding is masonry brick structure with padding and plaster, the roof is warm deck on trapezoidal plate. The main building is connected to areas for storing empty packages and truck well.
