It is a project of an extensive modernisation which will offer a new modern kitchen and a self-service restaurant. This project also includes reconstruction works on the second floor in the area of changing rooms, new sewage and oil separators. All works will be carried out in full operating conditions of the existing restaurant. All works are divided into several phases due to the investor’s requirement of fluent reconnection of the present and of the new sewage and oil separators.
