It is a one floor production hall for metalworking with two floor administrative part. The built-up area is 4.956 m2. The bearing structure is made by pre-cast skeleton, the roof consists of trapezodial plate, vapour protection, heat insulation and elastomeric sheet. The roof is equipped with skylights which also enable airing the hall.
